pilotstart smallpriced by dossier volume

Start with a pilot. Scale only if PSM fits your operation.

PSM starts as a lightweight dossier layer on top of existing processes. Start small and scale only when the pilot shows value.

PILOT

Pilot

EUR 500 (2 mnd) / 750 (3 mnd)

For teams that want to validate first in a scoped 2-3 month pilot. Integrations or custom work are only included after a separate scope and setup agreement.

CORE

Core

EUR 349 / maand

For teams that continue small and structurally after the pilot with the same dossier base.

OPS

Ops

EUR 799 / maand

For 300 dossiers per month, multiple locations and tighter volume control.

PSM Ops: €799 per month (indicative based on the published rate).

Discuss scope and terms

For organisations with higher volume, SSO, deeper integrations, advanced audit export or additional security/procurement requirements.

Usually start with Pilot if

you first want to test whether PSM reduces noise and reconstruction work.

Move to Core if

after the pilot, you want to continue small with one clear dossier line per engagement.

Move to Ops if

volume, locations, export and add-ons such as Trust Pack, High-Risk, Integrations V1 or extra active Ops locations clearly require more alignment.

How pricing works

Calmly built: base, usage and only the add-ons you need.

1. Base plan

Each plan has a fixed price with included dossiers.

2. Extra volume when needed

If you exceed your bundle, you pay per extra dossier. Only Ops also charges EUR 79 per month for each extra active dossier location beyond the first — usage-based per billing period (not a separate location toggle).

3. Keep add-ons separate

Packs are configured per organisation where they are needed; setup, mapping and support level are not hidden in the base price.

PSM does not replace planning or existing collaboration. You pay for an engagement dossier layer, not a heavy all-in suite.

Volume & credits — short explanation

What counts toward my dossier bundle?

Each billing period, engagements count toward volume once they reach a billable milestone in that period: dossiers **completed** in that period and dossiers **locked into reporting status** in that period (however your operational workflow defines that step). Not every planned or in-flight dossier consumes bundle capacity automatically.

Can unused bundle capacity carry forward?

Depending on the plan, unused bundle capacity can partially offset usage-based charges in a later period — up to a per-plan cap. Your licence/proposal and admin billing view describe exactly how this is calculated.

How does the Ops surcharge for extra locations work?

Extra Ops locations are usage-based: each billing period counts how many distinct dossier locations appear on dossiers that are locked for volume measurement in that period. This is not a separate location feature or UI “slot”, but a billing rule based on actual usage.

Security add-ons

SSO on request (IdP setup, pre-provisioned accounts), session controls and advanced audit export with SIEM-ready mapping at project level sit in the Security add-on, separate from Trust Pack and Integrations Pack. This is pull-oriented audit export and mapping — not a live SOC feed or full SIEM integration. Internal admin audit export belongs to the admin environment.

Optional add-ons

  • Trust Pack: EUR 150 / maand
  • High-Risk add-on: EUR 149 / maand
  • High-Risk Governance: EUR 199 / maand High-Risk Governance adds extra dossier discipline and re-acceptance — not a separate compliance or governance suite.
  • Integrations Pack V1: EUR 199 / maand
  • Advanced audit export / SIEM-ready mapping: EUR 150 / maand
  • Extra actieve Ops-locatie: EUR 79 / maand

Integrations Pack is the monthly access layer for PSM integrations. Implementation, tenant mapping, test/production setup and extra support are scoped separately per active integration.

SSO, Enterprise integrations and additional security/procurement tracks remain on request.

What we align upfront

We align volume, locations, support level, integrations, mapping and security requirements together so pricing, pilot scope and responsibilities are clear upfront.

Support depends on plan and agreed scope. We support the PSM layer; customer processes, legal assessment, payroll decisions and third-party system SLAs remain outside PSM support.

Not included by default: real-time guarantees, deep HR/payroll/WFM mirroring, certified partner claims, bidirectional sync without Enterprise scope and integration mapping without a separate assignment.
